It prickles on the tip of the tongue, this sensation of "perlant" is typical of the Gros Plant sur Lie because during fermentation and until its end, the solid elements of the wine sediment and form a deposit at the bottom of the barrel: La Lie, with which the wine remains in contact during the winter.
