Clos de L'éventoir
Sweet
Domaine du Buisson

MALVOISIE
Aeolus, whose silhouette appears on the label of this cuvée, is the god of the winds in Greek mythology.
Wind is an integral part of our landscape. It sweeps across the hillsides, accompanies the vines throughout the seasons, and contributes to the balance of their environment.
It is also one of the natural elements that shape our terroir and contribute to the identity of our wines.
“Clos de L’Éventoir” comes from vines rooted in schist soils.
These schists, visible in the photograph above, contribute to the character and expression of this cuvée.
This cuvée stands out from our other Malvoisie wines with a more mineral profile, while retaining the same level of sweetness.
A soft, sweet white wine that is not overly sweet, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with foie gras, scallops, blue cheeses, or as a dessert accompaniment.
Serving temperature : 10–12°C.
